Internationally established company buys innovative start-up: Zalaris ASA, a listed human capital management (HCM) service provider with headquarters in Oslo, is now the new owner of vyble, a specialist in cloud-based payroll and HR management (SaaS) for smaller companies and medium-sized companies.
After the main shareholder of vyble AG surprisingly stopped its further commitment in December, the dynamic start-up was able to find a new investor in a very short time. With Zalaris from Norway, vyble now has a partner at its side who has extensive international expertise in HR and payroll services based on SAP as well as the corresponding IT competence, so that both companies complement each other perfectly. This ensures the further development of both the vyble cloud platform and the company with all its employees.
On the way to further, sustainable growth
In the future, the company will operate under the name vyble GmbH based in Hamburg and will be managed by Dr. Alexander Tiedtke as managing director, who was previously a member of the board of vyble AG. Business operations, which have been restricted in recent weeks, will be resumed in full with immediate effect.
“In less than a month, we managed to find an extremely efficient partner with the appropriate industry expertise and an international background, who has the ideal prerequisites so that vyble can continue to develop successfully with all its employees at the Hamburg and Rostock locations,” says a delighted dr Alexander Tiedtke, Managing Director of the new vyble GmbH.

However, the cooperation is not only a benefit for vyble, as both companies complement each other perfectly. Zalaris is a big player in the field of HR and payroll services based on SAP, whose customer base mainly includes large companies. The focus of vyble, on the other hand, is on a cloud-based solution, primarily for small and medium-sized companies.
