Dortmund: EU Research Commissioner Mariya Gabriel presents iCapital Award

Mariya Gabriel, Commissioner for Innovation, Research, Culture, Education and Youth, is a guest in Dortmund to personally present the iCapital Award 2021. In November 2021 the decision was made: The European Commission awarded Dortmund with the iCapital Award – this made the city the first German European Innovation Capital. Luxembourg: ECJ ruling on jurisdiction over flight delay compensation claim

Luxembourg: ECJ opinion on liability for leasing costs for replacement locomotive after derailment

On July 15, 2015, a train consisting of six locomotives belonging to the German Lokomotion Gesellschaft für Eisenbahntrakt derailed in Kufstein train station.
