Aida: Rebooking option until the end of March | tourism up-to-date

Aida Cruises is offering booking incentives for the summer season: Customers who book a new cruise by March 31 for the April to October travel period can rebook the date and route within the season free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the trip – this applies to all fare classes. Excluded from the offer are bookings with desired flights, the trans trips in autumn and the world trip of the Aida Sol starting in October as well as its sections “From Hamburg to Mauritius” and “From Hamburg to San Antonio 1”.

In addition, the PCR test before the trip remains included. Depending on the route, it is carried out either directly in the cruise terminal or three days before embarkation free of charge at the partner Helios Kliniken. Guests who do the PCR test with a family doctor or in a test center receive 50 euros onboard credit.

If a positive test result is presented from 14 days before the start of the trip up to the day of departure, a one-off rebooking free of charge is possible.

In the event of a necessary quarantine in the destination area, Aida claims to provide free accommodation and a subsequent free journey home. The shipping company points out that the costs of any necessary further medical treatment on land and a medically justified return transport are borne by the guest. The shipping company therefore recommends taking out health insurance for travel abroad.
