At the start of the new year, the international management consultancy Bain & Company has again expanded its management team in Germany and Switzerland. Seven consultants from our own ranks were accepted into the partner group on January 1, 2022. Specifically, these are Dominik Foucar, Stefanie Jacobsen, Claudia Kobler, Neil Malik, Björn Noack, Markus Trautwein and Ronny Wittig. At the turn of the year, Bain appointed a total of 78 new partners at 33 locations worldwide.
“Bain can look back on the strongest year in its history in the DACH region,” emphasizes Bain Germany boss Walter Sinn. With significant double-digit growth in 2021, the management consultancy was again well above the industry average. “Our entire team contributed to this success story,” said Sinn. Especially in the challenging context of the pandemic, Bain has increasingly focused on the needs of its employees. The consultants benefit from even more flexible and individual work models and will work more closely together as a team than before – both virtually and on site.
“The seven new partners will help drive this positive development forward,” explains Bain Switzerland boss Massimo Lusardi. “At the same time, we are supporting our customer companies with an even stronger management team.” The new experts specialize in the automotive and mobility, banking, industrial goods and services, private equity and insurance sectors.
