A good start to the new year: The FOCUS business ranking lists CUBE brand communications from Ingolstadt in Upper Bavaria among the top 20 top employers for medium-sized companies in 2022 in the field of marketing, advertising and PR. For companies with up to 50 employees, the CUBE brand communications study confirms that employees are very satisfied with their internationally active employer.
“19th place in the FOCUS business ranking of medium-sized companies in 2022 is both confirmation and an incentive for us as a team to give the best for our customers and the company. Especially and especially in times of pandemic, which are difficult for everyone,” says the managing director Partner of CUBE brand communications Dr. Michael Schilhaneck.
The basis of the renowned FOCUS study is an elaborate, multi-level data collection and evaluation for the respective employer brands. To this end, a total of more than 550,000 employees are surveyed each year and existing online evaluations of over 38,000 companies are used. In total, around 4,000 medium-sized companies were included in the top employer ranking for 2022. “Crucial for the outstanding employee evaluation of CUBE brand communications were exciting and inspiring customer events that we were able to hold for and with premium brands from the automotive sector – and that under very challenging conditions, as they have been set by COVID-19 for almost two years now” , explains Schilhaneck. “However, Corona has brought the team closer together and has inspired many creative solutions. This unique team spirit and creative drive can be clearly felt throughout the agency.”
Since it was founded in 2018, CUBE brand communications has specialized in brand experience and brand building in the automotive sector as an agency for brand communication. At the Ingolstadt and Neuburg locations as well as in Bolzano, South Tyrol, the company works for well-known international brands such as Audi, BMW, BMW Motorrad, Bosch, Continental, Daimler and VW. One focus is on driving events in the areas of Driving & Riding Experience as well as adventure programs for future technologies in the automotive industry, in particular driver assistance systems and electromobility.
To this end, around 1,000 events with over 20,000 participants were held in ten countries every year before the pandemic. “We want to resume this momentum, which has recently been somewhat braked, in post-Covid times,” confirms Dr. Michael Schilhaneck. “The experience of future technologies in mobility is more topical than ever in these comprehensively transformative times.
