Compleo Charging Solutions AG (“Compleo” or “Society”) announces the completion of the contract concluded at the end of October for the acquisition of 100% of the shares in innogy eMobility Solutions GmbH (“ieMS”). Compleo has thus taken another successful step in the already started integration of ieMS and its software services for electromobility into the Compleo Group. This includes both the takeover of the entire workforce and all customer relationships of ieMS and the ieMS subsidiary in the United Kingdom. Consolidation as a 100% subsidiary will take place from January 1, 2022.

With the scheduled conclusion of the contract and the transfer of the cash shares, E.ON SE, as the former shareholder of ieMS, will also participate in Compleo by issuing new shares as part of a capital increase from authorized capital. For this purpose, the share capital of Compleo was increased by 200,000 shares; after the capital increase this amounts to EUR 5,069,785.

After taking over wallbe GmbH (now Compleo Connect GmbH) in the first half of 2021, Compleo is successfully continuing its inorganic growth strategy and paving the way for becoming a leading European full-range provider of charging technologies in Dortmund.
