Yanolja, Interpark and In/Outbound ‘Two Rabbits’



On the 28th, Yanolja decided to acquire a 70% stake in Interpark after completing due diligence for about two months. It plans to enter the global travel market in earnest by acquiring Interpark’s business divisions such as travel, aviation, performances, and shopping for 294 billion won. According to a Yanolja official, since it acquired 70% of the Interpark business division, not the entire business, a new corporation will also be launched. The management team who will lead the new corporation has not yet been decided.
