NDC content reservation ticketing explanation and demonstration
Singapore Airlines and Topas held an online seminar on New Distribution Capability (NDC) on December 22. About 120 employees from 62 travel agencies participated and the event was successfully held.
This is the fourth NDC online briefing session for Singapore Airlines’ travel agencies, following last November. Singapore Airlines Korea branch manager Xavier Ho thanked the travel agency who attended the webinar and Topas, who hosted the webinar, and encouraged him to join the Singapore NDC platform Agent360, which provides a variety of exclusive content. In a welcoming speech, Topas Managing Director Jun-young Yang introduced an explanation of how to book and issue NDC contents through Topas CellConnect and a demonstration of Singapore Airlines reservations.
In this webinar, how to link with Singapore Airlines’ NDC CrisConnect and Topas NDC was introduced. Contact with the sales department has become easier with the newly added ‘Service Request’ form function, and various services using blockchain technology such as virtual credits are planned to be added. By demonstrating reservations through CellConnect, the understanding and utilization of travel agencies was enhanced. Singapore Airlines said, “As the first airline to introduce NDC content, many travel agencies have already signed up for Singapore Airlines Agent 360.
