Kurz is an important witness to the departure chaos from Ischgl

It can be seen from the media that ex-Federal Chancellor Kurz wants to hire a US company in the Silicon Valley. This would make it more difficult for the Austrian judiciary to grasp.

“We will submit another application to secure evidence that Kurz should be questioned immediately about the departure chaos on Friday, March 13th, 2020 in Ischgl in order not to lose this witness,” says Peter Kolba, chairman of the consumer protection association (VSV).

On March 13, 2020, Kurz stated at a press conference at 2 p.m. that the Paznaun Valley was “isolated from now on”. This advance caused:

– that the police set up a checkpoint from 2 p.m. onwards, but there was no regulation that would have provided a legal basis for regulating the departure,

– that over 6000 skiers poured from the slopes and tried to leave the valley immediately,

– that long traffic jams developed, during which people who had not been infected with Covid up to then – now – crowded in buses or cars – became infected with it,

– that in this way Ischgl became a super spreader hot spot for all of Europe and around 11,000 infected people were distributed across Europe,

– that as a result 32 deaths and hundreds of Long Covid diseases resulted from it.

“Since the judges in the official liability suits against the Republic do not want to hear witnesses or parties, but rather close the proceedings without oral evidence and dismiss the suits in order to clarify the legal question of the protective effects of the Epidemic Act in advance, the hearing of witnesses would be delayed for years. Therefore one has to question Kurz immediately, because he has not only proven his forgetfulness with 29 questions in the U-Committee, but could also evade the access of the Austrian courts as a witness with a job in the USA. “Kolba explains the quick action of the SAAM .

“We will do everything we can to ensure that the Ischgl scandal in 2020 is drowned in the fog of oblivion.”
