As a company based in the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park, the biotechnological GmbH New Era took part in the 4th China International Import Expo (CIIE), which opened in Shanghai on November 5, 2021.

The Sino-Belarusian industrial park is located in Minsk, Belarus, an important hub in the economic belt of the Silk Road, which runs through Europe and Asia. In recent years, China and Belarus have conducted many practices to promote exchanges and cooperation in the field of traditional medicine. Recently, the Sino-Belarusian Industrial Park has promoted cooperation between China and Belarus in the fight against pandemics and has made new breakthroughs in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that have contributed to the industrialization, modernization, and internationalization of TCM. With the support of the Chinese and Belarusian governments, the Sino-Belarusian industrial park has gradually developed into an industrial agglomeration platform on which the two countries expand regional cooperation as well as economic and trade exchanges. In addition, the industrial park has also become a platform for international cooperation in the area of production capacities as well as for scientific and technological innovation within the framework of the “Silk Road Initiative”. So far 80 companies have settled in the park.

In March 2021, the biotech company New Era, established by the Jintai Institute of Culture and Economics with Cai Chuanqing as director, settled in the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park and became the 69th company or the first TCM company in the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park . Belarus has a unique tradition of folk medicine and is rich in medicinal plant resources, which offers broad prospects for cooperation between the two countries in traditional medicine.

In June 2021, the Republic of Belarus signed a presidential decree to improve the business conditions of the Sino-Belarusian industrial park. The presidential decree provides that companies in the Sino-Belarusian industrial park can provide medical services through TCM treatment methods without mandatory registration in Belarus and without authorization for medical activities.
