In the corona pandemic, children and young people are severely restricted in their everyday lives due to closed daycare centers and schools, limited contacts and domestic stress. How do you rate your own mental health and how can your resilience be promoted and supported in the best possible way?

In an interview, those involved present the results of the representative study on dealing with the Corona crisis in everyday life and at school and discuss how the social environment can be supported as an important resilience factor through programs such as AUF! Leben. The study was carried out by the Sinus Institute in October 2021 on behalf of the German Children and Youth Foundation.
1,005 young people between the ages of 14 and 17 were surveyed across Germany.
