Scotland – the dream destination in the north of Great Britain is making a name for itself as a sustainable destination. In November 2020, Visit Scotland became the first national tourism organization to join the initiative „Tourism Declares“ and over 800 Scottish tourism companies are already using the Green Tourism Award in bronze, silver or gold for their efforts in the field of sustainability. Visit Scotland works with partners in a variety of ways to achieve its sustainability goals, to ensure that Scotland’s unique natural environment is protected and communities and businesses can thrive in a sustainable way.

With innovative ideas, attractions and accommodations ensure that visitors can experience an unforgettable stay in Scotland with a clear conscience. It is produced and bought locally, and the classic vacation is combined with the integration into nature – join us on our journey to an all-round green destination and immerse yourself in the typical Scottish culture.
