Shock wave therapy brings new healing opportunities for heart attack patients and people with spinal cord injuries.

Invitation to the press conference on November 5th, 2021 at 09:30 am at Rennweg 16 (Hotel Savoyen, room “Vienna / Turin”), 1030 Vienna

The “International Society for Medical Shockwave Treatment” (ISMST) meets again after 16 years in Vienna and presents current study results at the world congress.

“The range of applications in which shock waves activate the body’s own healing powers – self-healing powers – is now so extensive that one can rightly speak of a revolution in regenerative medicine,” emphasizes Dr. Wolfgang Schaden as president of the world association ISMST. And further: “After the first successes, which were already achieved more than 40 years ago, today evidence-based effects can be demonstrated in very many, very different medical areas”.

PK: Shock wave therapy brings completely new healing opportunities for heart attack patients and hope for people with spinal cord injuries.
