Flowhaven’s rapid growth leads to the hiring of new executives from Amazon, Atlassian, Espagon and Zalando.

In the course of its growth course Flowhaven, the leading platform for Licensing Relationship Management (LRM), has strengthened its global leadership team with four new strategic hires. Adam Rubin is the new Vice President of Revenue, Tomi Heinonen is the new Vice President of Engineering, Alexandra Jones is the new User Experience Director and Jourdan Strain is the new Marketing Director of the company. All are direct Kalle Törmä, reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

The new hires are preceded by a number of organizational developments that have accelerated the company’s growth. Flowhaven has had a record year and has gained customers in new industries such as universities and record labels. Adam Rubin comes to Flowhaven with over a decade of sales and growth experience. As Vice President of Revenue, he will be responsible for the company’s global sales strategy and execution. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at Epsagon, where he grew its revenue teams and laid the foundation for Cisco’s $ 500 million acquisition of the company. He also served as Director of Sales at Sisense, where he helped the company grow its sales activities to tens of millions, totaling over $ 100 million in ARR, and at ZocDoc, where he led revenue growth.

As Vice President of Engineering Tomi Heinonen will lead the innovative development team at Flowhaven and at the same time set new standards in product standards. Before joining Flowhaven, Heinonen applied his engineering skills to the e-commerce giant Zalando, where he oversaw the integration of third-party providers into the company’s fashion platform. He also held various leadership positions at Ekahau, where he built and maintained high-performance Wi-Fi networks for clients such as Google, IBM, Verizon and Microsoft, and also at Tapp Commerce, where he built a transformative technology stack for processing high volume transactions designed.

Alexandra Jones will join Flowhaven as Director of User Experience and will be responsible for the visual and creative elements of the product to make the user experience as pleasant as possible. Prior to Flowhaven, Jones was Senior User Experience Designer at Atlassian, led product design at Saatchi & Saatchi, J. Walter Thompson and BBH London, and delivered world-class UX through a portfolio of Google, Audi and British Airways. Gabriel Johnston will assist Alexandra Jones as the UX Research Lead. Johnston’s recent positions include senior UX researcher at Amazon, user experience researcher at Google, and design researcher at Microsoft.

As Marketing Director, Jourdan Strain will manage lead generation activities and help establish Flowhaven as a globally recognized premium product brand. Strain is passionate about creating iconic brands that combine technology with humanity and personality. Prior to Flowhaven, Strain helped develop the branding and content strategy at BrainStorm, Inc. (a leading Microsoft training partner) during a period when the company grew 10x and customers such as PepsiCo, Clorox and ThermoFisher Scientific took over.
