At the end of October 1991, 17 travel agencies founded the new franchise organization “TUI Urlaubcenter” and thus laid the foundation for a brand that today includes almost 500 travel agencies – and which has long been renamed TUI Reisecenter. These days, the 30th birthday of the franchise and branch concept is being celebrated and corresponding congratulations are also coming from the headquarters of the group.

According to the manager, the affiliated offices have taken part in all the innovative innovations from the shop concept to digitization processes and omnichannel solutions and are regularly recognized for their excellent service quality.
