The viewing platform will be open to visitors again from November 3rd and the restaurant from November 5th
With the resumption of face-to-face events on the Berlin exhibition grounds, the Berlin radio tower will also open its doors again at the beginning of November. From November 3, 2021, visitors can visit the viewing platform again and observe the goings-on in Berlin from above. The new opening times are Wednesday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets cost 8 euros for adults and 4 euros for children up to and including 12 years of age. Visiting the radio tower is subject to the 2-G rule (vaccinated or recovered).

The “floating restaurant” at a height of 55 meters will open again in the evening hours from November 5, 2021 and will offer a winter and Christmas buffet until the end of December 2021, hosted by Messe Berlin subsidiary Capital Catering. The menu includes chestnut cream soup, crispy leg of goose, Brandenburg venison goulash and pikeperch fillet. The opening times are Friday to Sunday from 6pm to 11pm. The winter and Christmas buffet costs € 49.50 for adults, children up to and including the age of 12 pay € 1 per year of age, after which they are considered adults.
In spring, from mid-April to the end of June 2022, the restaurant invites you to enjoy dishes from the asparagus season. The restaurant can be booked exclusively as an event location for private events. You can find more information on this at Radio tower website. The radio tower is one of the most important landmarks of Berlin. It was inaugurated in 1926 and is a popular destination due to its viewing platform at a height of 126 meters. Its architectural and historical importance earned it monument status in 1966.
