Air Busan listened to the innovative ideas of its employees. On October 27th, an in-house idea contest ‘Egmsi (Time to Dream of Air Busan)’ was held along with the 13th anniversary commemorative event.

Ekomsi was prepared to freely share thoughts with employees and prepare for with Corona. Participating teams proposed innovative ideas in various fields within the company. Through heated discussions, a wide range of proposals were made, from the data-based maintenance plan under the theme of ‘The Future of Air Busan Maintenance’ to the ‘MZ Generation Communication Plan’, an idea for organizational culture. ‘Airport service digital transformation’ for a paperless airport and a new positioning strategy for Air Busan’s brand were selected as joint targets, and Air Busan plans to actively reflect all ideas after review by the relevant team.
