Unterföhring, October 27, 2021 – On Monday there will be a new edition of the final of 2019 in the women’s DFB Cup. SC Freiburg will receive the defending champions VfL Wolfsburg in the round of 16. Sky will broadcast the game live on Sky Sport 1 from 6.15 p.m. Nele Schenker welcomes the audience together with ex-national player Julia Simic from the Dreisamstadion. The game will be commented on by Hannes Herrmann.

Sky will broadcast a top game from each round of the 2021/22 competition live, a total of six matches from the 1st round up to and including the finals.

Quarter-final draw on November 7th

The quarter-finals (March 1st and 2nd, 2022) will then be determined on November 7th by the former national player and three-time cup winner Verena Schweers under the supervision of the draw manager and national coach Martina Voss-Tecklenburg. Sky will broadcast the draw from 6.30 p.m. on Sky Sport Bundesliga 1 and will be free to receive in the live stream on skysport.de.

The draw for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2022 will take place tomorrow.
