LMX launches its own brand for golf travel | current tourism


The special organizer Italia Golf & More from Switzerland, which was taken over by LMX Holding in November 2019, now wants to get started in stationary sales. From now on, all travel agencies with an LMX agency number can book the golf travel specialist’s products under the “Golf & More” brand.

This is possible via the trip designer www.bausteinreisen.de, where the products from Suntrips (long-distance travel) and LMX Individuell (modular travel) can also be booked. Travel agencies with agency numbers are automatically activated and can use the trip designer after logging in with agency number and zip code.

“Golf & More” describes itself as a premium tour operator for exclusive golf trips and refers to a successful cooperation with top golf courses and hotels all over Italy. In the last two years other destinations have been added, including Turkey, Portugal, Bulgaria and Mallorca.

The organizer offers tailor-made golf packages including flight, hotel and green fees. Additional offers such as wine tastings, classic car tours, visits to the opera and culinary events can be booked.

Travel agencies receive a basic commission of ten percent. Special travel agencies can agree an individual commission with the organizer. Jochen Gehlert’s team advises agencies on the sale of golf trips.

The “Golf & More” sales are used to calculate the LMX sales levels, as is the case with Suntrips and LMX Individual.
