From September 1st to 3rd and September 6th to 7th, exciting induction days took place at Rutronik’s main location in Ispringen for seven new trainees and 13 new DH students.

After the new trainees and students were welcomed to Rutronik, they took part in various training courses to get to know Rutronik in detail and to familiarize themselves with the international company. The introductory courses included numerous program items – including business etiquette, telephone training, IT security training, the presentation of the sales, product marketing, materials management and global marketing communication divisions, as well as an introduction to the company history, the company philosophy and the presentation of the business model of component distribution.

True to the motto “You never walk alone”, each and every trainee is provided with a personal mentor. The sponsors support their junior staff throughout the entire duration of their training. During the introductory days, the godparents who welcomed their new protégés were introduced. The trainees were also made familiar with the training framework plan, which provides, among other things, that the young employees have the opportunity to complete an internship abroad at one of the Rutronik branches in Asia, North America or Europe. This enables them to broaden their personal and professional horizons.

In addition to the organizational and job-related introductory events, there was also plenty of fun. The first week was concluded with a training rally through Ispringen, during which the trainees and students could explore the location in a relaxed atmosphere.

The last two introductory days took place in the education center Flehingen Castle in Oberderdingen and primarily served to get to know each other on a more personal level. There were various team building measures, a business simulation game and crime geocaching, in which the junior staff slipped into the role of investigators in smaller teams in order to solve a case together and to demonstrate their team spirit.

Rutronik is looking forward to a successful future collaboration.
