From November 9th to 11th, the Mobility Electronics Suppliers Expo will be presented in its digital format as #MES Insights. Then everything revolves around the future of mobility. The digital platform will be open to all interested parties from October 25th. With the free code “#MESInsights” you can register and get direct access to the platform.

For the second time, #MES Insights invites the electronics supplier industry in the mobility sector to network and exchange ideas. The focus is primarily on the rail vehicle, commercial vehicle and automotive industries. Over three days, the industry will present itself with keynotes, panel discussions and lectures on current industry trends. The online platform #MES Insights 2021 is the digital addition to the international B2B trade fair MES Expo, which will take place again as a presence fair on the exhibition grounds in Berlin in 2023.

Free code to the event

With the voucher code “#MESInsights”, interested parties can register directly on the #MES Insights platform: https://www.virtualmarket.mobility-electronics.de/de/registrieren[KS1] , follow the program in the live stream and take part in the networking. Media representatives can also use this code to access the program. A separate accreditation is not required.

Programmhighlights

Tuesday November 9th

The opening event on Tuesday at 9 a.m. will be attended by representatives of the associations Central Association of the Electrical and Electronics Industry (ZVEI), Association of the German Railway Industry (VDB) and German Transport Forum (DVF) and the Managing Director of Messe Berlin, Martin Ecknig, guided. Then speaks Don Dahlmann, journalist, author and Future of Mobility expert, in his keynote on “The future of mobility – prospects and opportunities” (9:30 am – 10 am). He explores the question of how autonomous driving is changing our mobility and what it takes for digitization to succeed in the mobility sector. Award at the end of the first day Karl Blaim (CFO Siemens Mobility GmbH) and Rainer Straub (CPO Siemens Mobility GmbH) with the Siemens Mobility Supplier Award Suppliers who have made a significant contribution to the success of Siemens Mobility in the current fiscal year – in the categories Technology & Innovation, Logistics Performance, Competitiveness, Quality and Moving beyond.

Wednesday November 10th

On Wednesday, the conceptual and professional sponsors are the focus of the program. At 10 o’clock the DVF will speak on the subject of “Sustainable, networked and affordable – what is the benchmark for future mobility?” and at 2 p.m. the VDB will discuss the question “Transformation 360 °: Digital mobility revolution on the rails”. The DVV Media Group GmbH for a panel discussion from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Thursday November 11th

On the last day of the event, viewed at 9:30 a.m. Vector Informatik GmbH the electrical supply of electric vehicles in the household under the title “Whether AC or DC charging – the main thing is” smart “[KS2] “.
