The PAYBACK Visa credit card was awarded this year’s “German Fairness Prize” in the “Customer Credit Cards” category. In the comprehensive evaluation of 54 studies and customer surveys, the credit card of the largest and most popular German bonus program received a top position in terms of customer orientation and customer service. “We are very happy about the award – especially because it is based on customer surveys. With our credit cards we offer you noticeable added value, such as the offer of free cash withdrawals worldwide and the partial payment function. On top of payment many PAYBACK points can be collected, even outside of the PAYBACK partner network, “says Nadine Lesch from PAYBACK, who is responsible for the credit card division.
The study was carried out by the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) in cooperation with the news channel n-tv. To this end, almost 12,000 hidden text contacts and 90,000 customer opinions on 1,700 companies were evaluated.
In the representative consumer survey via an online panel, the satisfaction of customers with the companies was examined in three central performance areas: price-performance ratio, reliability and transparency. Important evaluation criteria for the annual study are the pricing and reliability of the products, compliance with agreements and goodwill in the event of complaints.
In addition, questions were asked about the completeness and comprehensibility of product information, the transparency of contracts and the absence of hidden costs and enticement offers. In each category, the respondents could only rate a maximum of one company with which they had contact or whose products they had used in the last twelve months.
PAYBACK is the leading multi-partner bonus program that is already being enthusiastically used by over 31 million customers in Germany alone.
