Any place on earth has the potential to become a center, provided it can combine sufficient resources.

There is an old Chinese proverb that goes: “It is difficult to take the golden chance when luck falls into your hands, so it is important to take the chance to act as soon as possible.”
The city of Yinchuan, the provincial capital of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in China, has taken swift action to establish a leading body for a comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce under the direction of key city government officials and has the opinions to accelerate the development of the cross-border e-commerce and given new impetus to the development of cross-border e-commerce.
A government official from the Yinchuan City Trade Bureau said, “With new opportunities, Yinchuan City needs to define its own advantages and incorporate the advantages into key connection points.”
The courage to try before the others to tackle reforms and innovation is what characterizes the city of Yinchuan. Faced with new opportunities, the provincial capital Yinchuan in hinterland China will see the industrial growth of cross-border e-commerce as a new impetus for development. The city will go to great lengths to develop by leaps and bounds, take a leading position and provide the city with a bright future.
