Cellebrite DI, Ltd. (NASDAQ: CLBT), a leading provider of digital intelligence (DI) solutions to the public and private sectors, today announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of the open source intelligence company Digital Clues AG (“Digital Clues “) known. The acquisition strengthens Cellebrite’s market-leading digital intelligence platform, solidifies the company’s position as an end-to-end technology partner capable of digitizing the entire investigation workflow, and is expected to help expand the company’s presence in to expand investigative and law enforcement agencies around the world.

Digital Clues’ open source intelligence solutions help law enforcement agencies act quickly even when there are no targets and few leads.
