The Korea Tourism Organization will hold the ‘Korea Tourism Data Lab Best Use Case Contest’ until November 14th.

The purpose of this contest is to promote the data lab and improve services by discovering best practices for using the ‘Korea Tourism Data Lab’, which was officially launched by the Tourism Organization in February, in actual work. Anyone from the domestic tourism industry, as well as local governments, public institutions, and academic research institutions across the country can participate.

After downloading the application form from the Korea Tourism Data Lab, you can answer questions about the advantages of the Korea Tourism Data Lab and your own know-how in the form of a written interview and submit it by e-mail. The more specific the experience of creatively using it in one’s work to create tangible results, the better.

A grand prize of 1 million won (1 person), the first prize of 500,000 won (3 people), and the first prize of 300,000 won (5 people) will be awarded with a total of 4 million won along with a commendation from the president of the Tourism Organization. The results will be announced on November 30th through the Korea Tourism Data Lab website.
