TUI sales managers Hubert Kluske and Peter Wittmann have announced that they will be increasing the number of staff for the tour operator’s travel agency service. “We will take all the necessary measures to give the travel agencies the best possible support and to make it possible to sell TUI trips in the travel agency easily and without complications,” promised Kluske and Wittmann during numerous discussions with 30 travel agency owners so far.
The two managers deliberately sought direct dialogue: “We want to know where there is a problem in sales,” says Hubert Kluske. For him and his sales director Peter Wittmann, “the direct feedback from the travel agency partners is important so that we can again shape our cooperation successfully and develop it in partnership.”
The first “TUI in Dialog” events took place in Hamburg and Stuttgart. Further events with the travel agency partners will follow.
